Welcome to our new Web site!
At long last the LWRC Web site has a new look and new features.
With the new site, you will be able to:
- Submit comments and suggestions for the rest of the membership to read
- Search for previous news entries
- Subscribe to an RSS feed of the most recent blog/news entries. See the lower-left hand corner for the orange icon
- For Conor, the Board of Directors, and editors of the Web site, the new site offers an easy way to keep the site, thus the members, updated!

It would be nice to add the photos and profiles of the coaches from the old site. That info was helpful to me when I came to join LWRC.
