Sorry No Head of the Charles Club Entries in 2012 The club did not receive either bid for the Women’s or Men’s 50+ 8s. Next year?
Coaching Note Sunday’s with Hugh is now done for the season. Hugh will still be rowing at that time in fair weather conditions if you’d like to row alongside him and, perhaps, get a tip or two.
U Park Parking Park in the pay lot at your own risk! While U Park doesn’t generally start monitoring the lot until after 8am on weekdays and after 9am on weekends, they have the right to enforce parking there 24 hours per day. Despite what may circulate around the rumor mill, there is no agreement between LWRC and U Park for us to park there without pay during our rowing hours.
Tables for Sale The round wood tables we have for events and member functions have been replaced with light yet sturdy plastic tables. If you are interested in having an old table for your home or work, each one is selling for $25.00. Let Jen know if you are interested. We need to get them out soon so that the new tables can be moved in and out of the manager’s office!
Club Boat Care Please do not remove seats and foot stretchers from our boats. If you must, put them back where you found them immediately after you row and enter any issues into the equipment repair log on the sign out table so we can fix the boats for your use.
