Congratulations to the Womens’ Sweep Team, who were victorious in the Womens’ Club event at the San Diego Crew Classic this past weekend, April 4-5.    Starting last in the handicapped race,  LWRC won the coveted Thalia Kelly Considine Cup by a large margin over the Rocky Mountain Rowing Club.  They also competed in the [...]

69 Floors, 138 flights 1311 stairs — as fast as you can go to the top of Seattle’s tallest building, the Columbia Tower.
 
That is what 14 members of the Lake Washington Rowing Club Big Climb Team will be doing at 08:30 on Sunday, March 22. Some of us are club members some family and friends.
