Winter Program Passes

On the Water
Annual 20 Class Pass – $300
Attend up to 20 classes in any program, good for one year from date of activation.
Winter Unlimited Pass – $225: Attend an unlimited number of classes.
Winter 2x/Week Pass – $170: Attend up to 25 classes, or two classes a week.
Non-Member Winter 2x/Week Pass – $200: Attend Winter Morning Sculling, Evening Winter Mixed Training sessions, or saturday Rowing.
Winter Saturday Pass – $110: Attend Saturday Rowing.
Private Rowing Lesson –  $80: Hire one of our expert coaches for a private lesson.

In the Gym
Training 1x/Week $70: Attend one land-based training classes with Rob Foreman a week.
Training 2x/Week $140Attend two land-based training classes with Rob Foreman a week.
Personal Land-Based Training –  $80: Hire one of our trainers for a personal training session.

Winter Novice Sculling

Improve your fitness and technical skills with a morning class of like minded novice  and intermediate rowers. If the weather is over 40 degrees and alluring, you will head out on the water in small boats. If not, you will go upstairs to erg and strength train. We will offer some video feedback as well.

Pre-requisite: Learn to Row Express or Sculling and/or previous sculling experience in a single.

Saturday Rowing

Stay on the water this winter in team boats. We will sweep or scull, working on connecting fitness with technique. This program is open to all skill levels.

Pre-requisite: Any rowing experience. Rowers must be ready to sweep or scull.

Coach: Brooke McCulloch             Class Time: Saturday 8:30-10:30 am

Mixed Training: Land and Water

Tuesday and Thursday evening practices consists of either a water session or a land training session. You choose if you want to row on the water or workout on land:

  • Water sessions focus on skill development and technique and are at the coach’s discretion based on weather. Meet in the boat bays at the beginning of practice.
  • Land training sessions occur regardless of weather and are a mix of the erg and weight circuits. Focus is on skill development, technique, strength, and endurance. Meet in the upstairs gym at the beginning of practice. 

Open to Learn to Row graduates, anyone wishing to get back into rowing, and all club members. Drop-ins are welcome for $15 per class. 

Pre-requisite: Any LTR class or prior rowing experience. Individuals should be willing to scull or sweep.

Morning Strength Training

Morning strength training with personal trainer Rob Foreman. Build your overall endurance!

Drop-in classes available! Members can drop into classes if spaces are available the morning of the class. The office will track drop-in attendance and charge the number of classes attended to each member’s account at the end of each month. Drop-in class fee is $15.00.

Team Erging

Join our member-run erg groups in the mornings to improve or maintain your fitness off the water. Classes are free and limited to the number of available ergs. Group leaders will have workouts planned.
