Annual 20 Class Pass – $300: Attend up tp 20 classes in any program, good for one year from date of activation.
Summer Unlimited Pass – $225: Attend an unlimited number of classes.
Summer Pass – 2x/week $160: Attend up to 27 classes, or two classes a week.
Summer Pass – Saturdays $100: Attend either Sculling: Intermediate to Competitive or Mixed Masters on Saturdays.
Regionals Boot Camp – $79: Allows you to attend Regionals Boot Camp May 14- June 20.
Private Rowing Lesson – $70: Hire one of our expert coaches for a private lesson.
Personal Land-Based Training – $70: Hire one of our trainers for a personal training session.

Non-Member Training – 4 Class Pass $60: Attend 4 land-based training classes with Rob Foreman.

Regionals Boot Camp
Leading into summer racing we are offering a competitive program. Practice in boats you want to race in this summer, find crews to compete with, or just train with our competitive rowers. Participants should reserve their boats at least 24 hours in adavnce with the yellow Program reservation tags.

Intermediate to Competitive Sculling
This is an intermediate to advanced level group focused on improving technique and stamina for better rowing and racing. Instruction is tailored to individual goals and combines drills and philosophy drawn from Frank Cunningham’s “Sculler At Ease,” among other sources. Designed for improving technique, and building stamina the drills are combined with intervals and distance rowing. This is a group for those interested in developing better rowing technique for competition or personal rowing enjoyment.

Saturday Sculling: Intermediate to Competitive
The program is a training group for intermediate to advanced-level rowers who wish to improve their boat speed through technique with the support of conditioning. It will emphasize sculling, small-boat handling and race preparation. Bill Tytus, owner of Pocock Racing Shells and accomplished sculler in the 1960’s, along with John Robinson, coach by keen observation and quiet instruction. This is old school coaching at its best!

Mixed Masters: All Levels
This program is designed for individuals who have completed one of LWRC’s Learn to Row programs, are getting back into rowing after a hiatus, and/or wanting to race with a group of like-minded individuals. Emphasis will be on skill development, technique, teamwork, and endurance. Practices will consist of drills and workouts derived from the drills. In general, the program will have a more Novice/Intermediate group and an Intermediate/Competitive group but will still be seen as one team. Multiple racing opportunities this Spring!
Pre-requisite: Any LTR class, or recommendation from LTR coach. Individuals must be willing to sweep and scull.

Evening League: Intermediate to Advanced
This training program is for intermediate and advanced rowers. It is an inclusive group of varied levels committed to supporting each person to become a better rower. This group spends equal time between sculling and sweep to develop skills for more racing opportunities. Emphasis is on technique and developing stamina for racing. Enjoying the process of working together is highly valued in this group.

Many of the LWRC coaches are available for private coaching sessions. Hire one of our expert coaches for a solo lesson. Private lessons are available for beginners as well as experienced rowers looking to improve their skills. Once you purchase a private lesson, you will be contacted by an LWRC coach to arrange a time for your session. If you have a coach preference, please contact the LWRC Office . You do not need to be a member of LWRC to take a private lesson. However, you do need to complete a float test and sign the LWRC and USRowing waivers before your first lesson. Morning Strength Training
Morning strength training with personal trainer Rob Foreman. Build your overall endurance!
Drop-in classes available! Members can drop into classes if spaces are available the morning of the class. The office will track drop-in attendance and charge the number of classes attended to each member’s account at the end of each month. Drop-in class fee is $15.00.

Private Personal Training Sessions
Hire one of our expert trainers for a solo session. Personal training sessions are available for beginners as well as experienced athletes looking to improve their fitness. Once you purchase a personal training session, you will be contacted by a trainer to arrange a time for your session. You may request a specific trainer by contacting the LWRC Office .
