Fall Program Passes

On the Water
Annual 20 Class Pass – $300
Attend up tp 20 classes in any program, good for one year from date of activation.
Fall Unlimited Pass – $225: Attend an unlimited number of classes.
Fall 2x/Week Pass – $160: Attend up to 25 classes, or two classes a week.
Fall Saturday Pass – $80: Attend either Saturday Sculling or Mixed Masters on Saturdays.
Competitive Race Camp – $100: Join our Competitive Mens & Womens teams to prepare for national and local regattas.
Private Rowing Lesson –  $80: Hire one of our expert coaches for a private lesson.

In the Gym
Training 1x/Week $80: Attend one land-based training classes with Rob Foreman a week.
Training 2x/Week $160Attend two land-based training classes with Rob Foreman a week.
Personal Land-Based Training –  $80: Hire one of our trainers for a personal training session.

Competitive Race Camp

Only for members training to race in the Fall. Must have your lineups. Coaches are only setting boats if we get entries for the Head of the Charles. Then seat racing will be part of the selection.

Intermediate to Competitive Sculling

This program is for Intermediate to Advanced level scullers. If you are not sure if this program or the Novice to Intermediate level program fits you best, try the latter one first and the coaches can help you determine. You must have a coach’s recommendation before entering this program. Individuals will primarily be in singles (open water, training, and racing) and will focus on skill development and building stamina. Drills are combined with intervals and distance rowing. This is a group for those interested in developing better rowing technique for competition or personal rowing enjoyment.

The program is open for individuals who are very comfortable in singles and are okay without a launch at times. Coach may be rowing alongside in a single occasionally. If you have questions about the class, please contact LWRC Office: office@lakewashingtonrowing.com

Pre-requisite: Learn to Row Express or Sculling and/or previous sculling experience, and recommendation from an LWRC coach

Novice to Intermediate Sculling

This program is open for Novice to Intermediate level scullers. If you are not sure if this program or the Intermediate to Advanced level program fits you best, try this one first and the coaches can help you determine. The program will primarily be in singles (open water and training) and will focus on skill development, gaining more confidence in singles, and moving through the different boat types. 

The program is open for grads from Learn to Row and anyones who has been away from rowing and needs a refresher. Individuals must be somewhat comfortable or willing to row in singles, at least starting in Maas Aeros. Saturday Sculling

The program is a training group for intermediate to advanced-level rowers who wish to improve their boat speed through technique with the support of conditioning. It will emphasize sculling, small-boat handling and race preparation. Bill Tytus, owner of Pocock Racing Shells and accomplished sculler in the 1960’s, along with John Robinson, coach by keen observation and quiet instruction. This is old school coaching at its best!

Mixed Masters

This program is designed for individuals who have completed one of LWRC’s Learn to Row programs, are getting back into rowing after a hiatus, and/or wanting to race with a group of like-minded individuals. Emphasis will be on skill development, technique, teamwork, and endurance. Practices will consist of drills and workouts derived from the drills. 

Pre-requisite: Any LTR class, or recommendation from LTR coach. Individuals must be willing to sweep and scull on a regular basis.

Evening League

This training program is for intermediate and advanced rowers. It is an inclusive group of varied levels committed to supporting each person to become a better rower. This group spends equal time between sculling and sweep to develop skills for more racing opportunities. Emphasis is on technique and developing stamina for racing. Enjoying the process of working together is highly valued in this group.

Private Lessons

Many of the LWRC coaches are available for private coaching sessions. Hire one of our expert coaches for a solo lesson. Private lessons are available for beginners as well as experienced rowers looking to improve their skills.  Once you purchase a private lesson, you will be contacted by an LWRC coach to arrange a time for your session.  If you have a coach preference, please contact the LWRC Office . You do not need to be a member of LWRC to take a private lesson.  However, you do need to complete a float test and sign the LWRC and USRowing waivers before your first lesson. Waiver and Float Test Forms

Morning Strength Training

Morning strength training with personal trainer Rob Foreman. Build your overall endurance!

Drop-in classes available! Members can drop into classes if spaces are available the morning of the class. The office will track drop-in attendance and charge the number of classes attended to each member’s account at the end of each month. Drop-in class fee is $15.00.

Private Personal Training

Hire one of our expert trainers for a solo session. Personal training sessions are available for beginners as well as experienced athletes looking to improve their fitness. Once you purchase a personal training session, you will be contacted by a trainer to arrange a time for your session. You may request a specific trainer by contacting the LWRC Office .
