Welcome to MST

The Mixed Sweep Team at Lake Washington Rowing Club welcomes all sweep rowers with some experience age 21 and beyond.

We are a group of men and women masters rowers of varying ages and skill levels from recent graduates of Learn to Row classes to national champions.

Coached practices are Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:00 a.m. and Saturday mornings at 6:00 a.m. Practices focus on improvement of boat speed through both skill-building and race preparation.
